b. By placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate information. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraud.

3. Payment & Security

4. Shipping & Delivery

b. Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss or damage transfers to you. Claims for lost or damaged packages should be made directly with the carrier.
5. Returns & Replacements
a. We accept returns and issue refunds in line with our Return Policy, available on our website. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and within the specified timeframe.
b. For hygiene reasons, silk pillowcases and pillows cannot be returned if used, worn, or removed from sealed packaging unless faulty.
c. Important Note: Please ensure your pillow insert fits your Sleepy Girl pillowcase properly. Using an insert that is too large or overstuffed may cause damage—especially near the zipper area. If a pillowcase is damaged after use due to being stretched by an oversized pillow, this type of damage may not qualify for a replacement or refund.
6. Intellectual Property
a. All content on the Online Store—including text, images, logos, and designs—is the property of Sleepy Girl or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
b. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission from us.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleepy Girl and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Online Store or products purchased, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
